Do I need to pay the full amount when booking
We do not require an advance payment. We trust our customers, and payment can be made upon arrival. Full payment will be collected as agreed.
How will I meet the driver at the airport
Don’t worry. Once you confirm the booking, we will add your itinerary to our schedule. Upon arrival, the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name.
Can the driver act as a tour guide
The driver has good knowledge about Jordan, but is not a licensed tour guide. You can hire an official guide at tourist sites if needed.
Am I responsible for the driver accommodation and meals
No, the trip includes the driver accommodation and all personal expenses.
Is smoking allowed in the car
We have strict rules. Even if the driver or passenger smokes, smoking is not allowed during the trip for the safety of both.
Should I choose a car or a minivan
A sedan can carry up to 3 passengers, but note that luggage should be small as the driver has a bag too. If you have large luggage or more than 3 passengers, a minivan is safer.
After visiting tourist sites, can the driver take us for dinner
The driver works only within the agreed itinerary and is not responsible for taking you elsewhere in the evening.
Are Jeep tours part of the driver job
No, Jeep tours are offered by the local Bedouins in Wadi Rum. The driver can assist in finding a Jeep tour driver.
Who will transfer me from my hotel in Petra to the Petra Visitor Center
The driver is responsible for transferring you to and from the site as part of your itinerary.
Is Jordan a safe country in the Middle East
Jordan has always been safe and has no conflicts with any neighboring countries.
What is required from me to confirm the booking

What currencies are allowed in Jordan
